Prior, Arthur worked in the International Cyber Policy Division. For over 6 years he worked on advancing Canada’s cyber interests at the United Nations in First Committee, NATO and the OSCE. Since the full-scale invasion, he represented and led Canada’s coordination of cyber capacity building efforts to Ukraine and helped to co-found the Tallinn Mechanism.
