An expert in the digital transformation of public procurement processes and supply chain digitization. For over five years she has led the development of national-level IT systems that ensure transparency, efficiency, and systematization of the procurement process.
She has coordinated the launch and implementation of several large-scale projects in the public sector, including e-Stock, MedData, and DOT-Chain.
Since December 2023, she has been heading the IT division at DOT. Before that, she held senior positions at SOE “Medical Procurement of Ukraine”.
