19-20th February (TBC)
Kyiv, Ukraine
Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum (KICRF) is the leading annual flagship cybersecurity gathering in Ukraine.
KICRF’s mission is to foster enduring partnerships between Ukraine and like-minded states, driving cybersecurity innovation, and fortifying defense and protection capabilities for the public and private sectors. This is achieved by bringing together governments, corporations, investors, major companies, independent experts, startups, think tanks, and academia to collectively address contemporary cyber threats and share the latest cutting-edge solutions, practices, and trends.
The Forum's primary goal is to strengthen the cyber domain for Ukraine and the Allies through cyber resilience based on the experience and knowledge gained during cyber warfare, by strengthening international cooperation and synergy with global players in the public and private sectors.
The two-day event includes a variety of formats: keynote speeches, blitz interviews, panel discussions, product presentations, reports, analytical studies, startup pitches, workshops, an exhibition area and ample networking opportunities. The forum will traditionally host the CCDC (Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition) - a competition for cybersecurity professionals from the public and private sectors and a Bug Bash.
Alongside the Forum, an expo will be held to foster partnerships between companies and start-ups from Ukraine and partner nations, accelerating the development of cybersecurity, AI, and dual-use technologies aimed at collective protection. Participants can expect live demonstrations, expert consultations and networking opportunities with potential B2B/B2G partners.
KICRF is an invitation-only event with preselected guests. It gathers influential attendees, including government officials, business leaders, military representatives, diplomats, journalists, and niche experts from Ukraine and the world, creating a platform for discussions, exchange of experiences, and discussion of joint plans.
KICRF was initiated in 2023 by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) Global, supported by the U.S. Department of State. KICRF was joined by the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The technological partner of all events is Cyber Unit Technologies, the managing partners of the Forum are the Institute of Cyber Warfare Research and KICRForum company.
