Partner at Koryos investment fund, co-founder of Forward Global group (intelligence/influence/cyber)

Arnaud Dassier is a French entrepreneur and investor and a pioneer in the world of digital media. He is actively engaged in political life, having worked on some twenty electoral campaigns across the world. After a spell at the French Ministry of Business, he founded one of France’s first web agencies in 1997, which he supplemented with a technical development outsourcing business in Tunisia and later Ukraine. He notably took part in the successful electoral campaigns of Jacques Chirac (who won the French presidency in 1995 and 2002), France’s UMP party (from 2005 to 2007) and the presidential campaign of Nicolas Sarkozy (2007).

Drawing on this experience, he has advised and supported numerous companies, organizations, and personalities with their influence strategies, in France as well as in Europe and Africa. After selling his company in 2007, he invested in IT start-ups (Allo Media, NFinite, Favikon, ISAI, etc). In 2011, he helped found Avisa Partners (now Forward Global) and successfully oversaw its international development, particularly in the United States and the United Kingdom. Since 2023, he has led Avisa Partners, now refocused on digital influence campaigns, and has also launched an investment business in Ukraine.
