George Dubinsky

George Dubinsky has been an expert in international scientific and technical cooperation for over 20 years. He is responsible for the development of cyber defense and digital security technologies in Ukraine. As Deputy Minister, he coordinates cooperation and implementation of modern principles, methods, approaches and mechanisms of public administration in the field of cyber defense, digital security technologies and robotics.
