Ukrainian statesman, politician, self-governing official, and since 3 October 2019, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine. Chairman of the Council of Experts on Energy Security. Since 24 February 2022, he has been the Coordinator of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff. Author of the project ""Spiritual Heritage of Ukraine”.
In 2023, he became one of the 15 leaders in the Public Administration category of the UP-100 List of Leaders of Ukraine rating by the Ukrayinska Pravda media outlet.
