Andriy joined Kyivstar in 1999 as a telecommunications engineer. In 2004, he was appointed Head of the Value-Added Services Department at Kyivstar. He developed the VAS portfolio and prepaid billing system, implementing large-scale transformational projects such as the modernization of the Amdocs Real Time Charging system and the implementation of a Business Support System (BSS) with migration from decentralized solutions from 12 vendors to a unified platform. In late 2023, Kyivstar completed the migration to the new BSS system and stabilized its operations.
Andriy was actively involved in the creation of Kyivstar.Tech and became its CEO in December 2022. The company's mission is to strengthen Kyivstar's position as a powerful IT company providing services both in Ukraine and internationally. Prior to the creation of Kyivstar.Tech, Andriy held senior technical positions, ensuring Kyivstar's stable growth in billing and charging, value-added telecommunications services, and internal IT systems to support the company's needs.
Andriy was born in Kyiv.
Kyivstar.Tech is a Ukrainian IT company and a resident of the Diia.City special legal regime, specializing in the development of IT and digital solutions for Kyivstar and third-party companies. The team consists of approximately 600 highly qualified specialists, including developers, DevOps engineers, analysts, project managers, and other professionals.
