Ankur's extensive background spans small, medium, and Fortune 500 organizations, where he has driven digital transformation, developed robust cybersecurity programs, and enhanced overall IT capabilities.
Currently serving as the CTO at CRDF Global, Ankur is at the forefront of building digital resilience and cybersecurity capabilities. He has been instrumental in the implementation of various cybersecurity measures, including incident response, mitigation, technical assistance, and rapid deployment. His expertise extends to advisory services and short-term training, ensuring that partner organizations are well-prepared to tackle evolving cyber threats.
Ankur's notable achievements include serving as the Architect and Program Manager for the Costa Rica Virtual Security Operations Center (VSOC) deployment and National Security Operations Center (NSOC) design contract for the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP). He has played a pivotal role in helping the Ministry of Science, Innovation, Technology, and Telecommunications (MICITT) in Costa Rica build their cyber defenses and incident response capabilities from the ground up. Ankur's strategic leadership and hands-on approach have significantly bolstered Costa Rica's cybersecurity posture, enabling the country to effectively respond to and mitigate cyber threats.
Ankur's career highlights include his tenure at Optum Serve, where he led a 1000+ development and product organization, migrating clinical platforms to the Azure Government Cloud, and building a state-of-the-art enterprise cybersecurity program. At Siemens Government Technologies, he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, migrated business systems to the cloud, and developed an enterprise cybersecurity program that secured significant new business.
Throughout his career, Ankur has demonstrated a deep understanding of cybersecurity, information assurance, and IT governance. His leadership at organizations such as 3M Health Information Systems, LongView International Technology Solutions, CALIBRE Systems Inc., and Northrop Grumman has consistently resulted in enhanced cybersecurity frameworks, improved business processes, and substantial revenue growth.
