
Co-founder of MOWA Defense
Fedir Serdiuk is a defense professional and humanitarian.
A former Red Cross Rescue Team leader and trainer for military personnel, he founded FAST in 2014 — now Ukraine’s leading provider of first aid, emergency response, and HSE training with over 330 corporate clients, including PepsiCo, Citi, Metro, and Cargill. Since 2020, Serdiuk has advised the Minister of Finance of Ukraine and served on the board of the Ukrainian Innovation Development Fund (2020–2022).
Following the full-scale invasion in 2022, he co-founded PULSE, which trained over 35,000 Ukrainian soldiers and officers in medical skills and launched the Blood Far Forward Project to enable frontline transfusions. In 2023, he co-founded Beta, a drone warfare development agency that contributed to Ukraine’s Army of Drones program.
In 2024, Serdiuk served as an advisor to the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine; in 2024, 2025 and 2026 — as an advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. He co-founded MOWA Defense, a Ukrainian defense services company that advises and trains NATO-member militaries on modern threat management, and serves as the Honorary Consul of Estonia in Odesa.
