
Project manager CyberUA: Strengthening capacities on electronic evidence of war crimes and gross human rights violations in Ukraine
With over 10 years of experience working in parliamentary institutions and as a former prosecutor, Ms LABA joined the CyberUA project to ensure its implementation in Ukraine.
The main impact of the Project is to improve the handling of electronic evidence for use in criminal proceedings related to war crimes and gross human rights violations in the context of the war of aggression against Ukraine.
In accordance with the mandat of the Project , she coordinates specialised training programmes for judiciary, law enforcement agencies, promotes improvement in international and national cooperation between the responsible authorities and establishes dialogue with representatives of critical infrastructure facilities. She supports the implementation and practical application of the Budapest Convention and relevant standards in the field of electronic evidence.
