Non-Resident Fellow at GLOBSEC
A veteran of over 30 years in the arms control and nonproliferation communities, Dr. Joshua E. Segal is currently a free-lance senior national security consultant for information warfare, arms control, and hybrid warfare strategies in Washington, DC. He is an adjunct professor for the graduate program at Tulane University, teaching Information Warfare, and serves as an advisor to numerous Department of Defense (DoD) senior leaders on issues related to information warfare strategy and nonproliferation. He also serves as an advisor to the Special Operations Design Thinking cadre for Joint Special Operations University supporting great power competition.
