Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and Computer Engineering at KNUCA, Director of the NGO "Center for Cyber Development," Expert at the NGO "Institute for Cyber Warfare Research"
Maksym Delembovskyi is a PhD (Technical Sciences) and Associate Professor, serving as the Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and Computer Engineering at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA). He has over 16 years of academic and teaching experience and is the author of 50+ scientific publications. He is an expert at the NGO “Institute for Cyber Warfare Research” and the NGO “Scientific Cyber Security Association of Ukraine (SCSA)”. His work focuses on practice-oriented cybersecurity education, including the implementation of cyber ranges and hands-on SOC/ICS/SCADA training scenarios, as well as OSINT and social engineering awareness. He is a trainer in the EC-Council, Cisco, and SegAcademy academies and has experience mentoring student teams and collaborating with international initiatives and industry partners.
