Regional Director, CRDF Global in Ukraine
Mykhailo brings over 20 years of experience working in governmental and non-profit organizations. Throughout the timeline of his career, Mykhailo held leadership positions in the State Employment Service (SES) of the Ministry of Social Policy in Kyiv and HelpAge International. As the head of the international cooperation and European cooperation division at SES, he built strong connections with the World Association of Public Employment Services, International Labour Organization, UN agencies, foreign governments, and several international NGOs.
In his current role, he provides management and oversight of CRDF Global’s Eurasia Hub, ensuring the application of best practices in program standards, and building relations with government agencies, embassies, and other partners.
