Nataliia is a communications strategist with 18 years of experience, specializing in technology, state reforms, and cybersecurity for over a decade. A foundational figure in Ukraine's digital transformation, she has been the architect behind national communication policies for cyber defense. In recent years, Nataliia has focused on international advocacy and building shared narratives between Ukraine and NATO member states to counter hybrid threats. As a co-founder of the ICE Task Force think tank, she focuses on information resilience and the strategic analysis of modern cyber warfare challenges.
