In 2024–2025, he served as an Advisor on Digitalization andCyberdiplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2023, he was the UNDP National Cyberdiplomacy Advisor. He brings 25+ years of senior leadership experience acrossUkraine’s public sector and critical infrastructure, having servedat different times as Deputy Minister of Defense, DeputyMinister of Economy, Deputy Minister of EmergencyManagement, Chair of the national communications regulator(NCCIR), CEO of Ukrtelecom, and CIO of Energoatom. Healso teaches cybersecurity and cyberdiplomacy at the StateUniversity of Trade and Economics.
