Deputy Director for Development at SE Infotech
I graduated from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2014, where I obtained education in the field of combating cybercrime.
My professional background includes work with the National Police of Ukraine, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Since 2022 to 2025, I have been responsible for information security within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, taking on the challenge of coordinating and improving information and cybersecurity across subordinate bodies, including the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Since September 2025, I have also held the position of Deputy Director for Development at SE Infotech, where I am responsible for strategic development and modernization initiatives IT systems.
