Deputy Director for Cybersecurity, Specialized Municipal Enterprise “Kyivteleservice”
Oleksandr joined the team of Kyivteleservice in 2022 as a cybersecurity analyst. In September 2024, he was appointed Deputy Director for Cybersecurity. He has many years of hands-on experience in building and developing cybersecurity systems for critical municipal IT services, mobile applications, and e-government platforms.
He is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Monitoring and Cybersecurity Center (SOC/NOC). Under his leadership, the monitoring and cybersecurity center was established, and leading cybersecurity technologies were implemented.
Currently, he ensures continuous monitoring and cybersecurity of the city’s digital services, as well as the resilience of the capital’s digital infrastructure. The systems under his supervision serve more than 3 million users, including within the Kyiv Digital ecosystem.
