Deputy Head for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization (CDTO) at the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine
I have extensive experience in management, digitalization, and information security, including in the public sector. I successfully combine managerial, analytical, and technological approaches to implement innovative projects and digital transformations.
Since 2021, I have held the position of CDTO at the Agency for Restoration.
Under my leadership, a Security Operations Center (SOC) was established, and network security filters along with non-target traffic restriction policies were implemented. I developed and scaled standardized IT infrastructure principles, significantly enhancing the cyber resilience of all subordinate organizations.
I have practical experience in creating and organizing the activities of a budgetary institution - from the stage of concept development and regulatory support to the establishment of effective operational processes.
My work also involves collaborating with international partners on key projects, including BIM, Five Case Model, ECherha, and DREAM.
