Serhii Kovalenko has over 20 years of management experience in sales, finance, and logistics. He served as Chief Development Officer at Nova Poshta (Ukraine), Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Post Express, and Chairman of the Board at ATF Bank (Kazakhstan). Since January 2022, he has headed D.Solutions holding company, which operates under the YASNO brand. The brand's companies supply electricity, natural gas, and energy-efficient solutions to three million residential customers and over 90,000 corporate clients.
