
CISO/DPO, Kyivstar
Tetiana joined Kyivstar in 2022 as Head of Projects and Programs within the Cybersecurity Department of the Technical Directorate. In February 2024, she assumed leadership of the company's Cybersecurity Department.
Tetiana brings over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT management, and IT audit. She possesses deep expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting IT infrastructure, information systems, cybersecurity systems, and workplace infrastructure. She has extensive experience in IT business consulting, digital transformation, and business process optimization. Tetiana is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
As CISO of Kyivstar, Tetiana has led a large-scale program to enhance the company's cyber resilience and minimize cybersecurity risks. Key initiatives include comprehensive IT infrastructure modernization, implementation of new security policies, an access management model and multi-factor authentication, expanded network visibility and segmentation. Under her leadership, Kyivstar has adopted international cybersecurity best practices, including Zero Trust principles.
