Stanislav Lurie
Head of Ukraine Office at Osavul
Stanislav represents Osavul in Ukraine.
His experience and interests are related to tech innovations in the analysis of modern (e.g. social) media, detection and assessment of FIMI and countering hybrid threats, making digital transformations and developing good governance.
In 2019-2024, Stanislav worked as an Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
From 2016 to 2019, he held the CEO position at State Enterprise “National Information Systems” of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
In 2015, Stanislav led the GR direction of the “IT-Ukraine” Association.
From 2010 to 2015, he worked at managerial positions at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.
Stanislav holds a master’s degree in the fields of information technology and public administration and is a PhD candidate in public administration and management at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
He is a member of the Presidium of the Public Union “Sports Committee of Ukraine”.
