Stanislav's experience and interests are related to digital tools for big data analysis, in particular – Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) and Hybrid Threats, Digital Transformation in the public sector, including the Security and Defense Sector, as well as the development of good governance. He worked as an Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, headed the State Enterprise "National Information Systems" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, led the GR direction of the Association "IT-Ukraine", and also worked in management positions at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine. He has a higher education in the fields of Information Technology and Public Administration, and is pursuing a PhD in Public Management and Administration from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
