Yaroslav Ognevyuk is the managing partner of AMBASSADORS Law Firm, a qualified attorney and patent practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property, technology law, and the legal dimensions of cybersecurity. His expertise in IP and technology has earned consistent recognition in leading international and national rankings. He holds a law degree along with advanced qualifications in intellectual property, an LLM in Technology Law from Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, and has completed programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (Strategy & Innovation), as well as the SOPHOS.JOINT.CYBER 3.0 strategic leadership program initiated by Ukraine's National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity under the National Security and Defense Council. Yaroslav advises major Ukrainian and international companies on protecting digital assets, developing legal and corporate policies to counter cyber threats, responding to cyber incidents, and assessing risks associated with online infringements and digital attacks.
