
Chief of Party, U.S. Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine (CCI) Activity
Douglas White is a cybersecurity leader dedicated to fortifying critical infrastructure against evolving threats. With more than two decades of experience spanning critical infrastructure protection, policy, and international cooperation, he serves as Technical Director at DAI Global, where he has led and coordinated key elements of the U.S. Cybersecurity Activity in Ukraine since 2021, focusing on reducing cyber and supply-chain risk in civilian government and critical-infrastructure systems through trusted technologies and effective implementation. He is also a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), where his work examines cyber operations in conflict environments and critical-infrastructure resilience. Beyond cybersecurity, Douglas is committed to community well-being. In 2023, he founded the Polina White Memorial Foundation in honor of his daughter, supporting mental health advocacy and substance-use recovery programs for women.
