Dr. Steffen P. Walz is an entrepreneur and angel investor focused on resilience technologies, with senior innovation leadership experience at Volkswagen Group/CARIAD and as Managing Director of a WPP product experience design agency serving defence clients. A former Full Professor of Game Design and Design Innovation in Australia, he co-edited The Gameful World (MIT Press, 2014) and holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and an MA from the University of Tübingen. His work spans more than 25 years at the intersection of behavioural design, applied persuasive technologies, and strategically contested information environments shaped by autonomous systems influencing perception and decision-making at scale.
