Head of Business Development, Cracken
Jesse Nuese is Head of Business Development at Cracken, a Ukrainian-founded cybersecurity company developing AI-enabled capabilities for defense and resilience in high-threat environments. A combat veteran and former intelligence analyst, he brings firsthand operational experience from conflict zones alongside deep expertise in cyber strategy, defense innovation, and public–private security collaboration.
His work focuses on translating battlefield realities into scalable cyber capabilities for government and industry partners operating under persistent state-level cyber and hybrid threats. He has conducted extensive field research across Ukraine, Taiwan, and the United States, supporting the adaptation of emerging technologies to real-world operational environments.
Previously, Jesse held defense, intelligence, and strategy roles supporting U.S. and allied institutions, including the Department of Defense, NATO partners, and private-sector security organizations, with a focus on adaptive defense, emerging technology adoption, and the evolving role of private actors in national security ecosystems.
