
Head of NCC-NL
Jurriën Norder, has been working in the area of cybersecurity since 8 years. It was not evident that Jurriën would end up in the cybersecurity sector as he started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with his diploma in political science, in 2010. After he joined the Ministry of Interior Affairs in 2018, he made his first steps into the cyber scene. Between 2020-204 he has worked at the Dutch National Cybersecurity Centre as lead for the international team. Currently since September 2025, in his capacity as Head of NCC-NL he will be speaking at the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2026 about the Netherlands-Ukraine Cybersecurity Fund, European autonomy and market developments from an NCC-perspective.
