Program Operations Director, CRDF Global
As the Customer Relations Director for Cyber and Digital Resilience Programs, Mr. Spires brings 30 years of experience in government contracting, program management, and workforce and staff development to CRDF Global and its government and private clients. He is responsible for program design of CRDF’s cybersecurity technical assistance projects that build institutional capabilities throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Spires began his career with Betac Corporation and held executive positions at ACS Defense, Lockheed Martin, and PAE prior to joining CRDF Global in 2020.
